Shipping Policy

TO ESTIMATE WHEN YOUR ORDER WILL BE PROCESSED AND SHIPPED, PLEASE TAKE THE FOLLOWING INTO ACCOUNT:

  1. Free shipping on monthly ensemble subscription orders
  2. Shipping rates for all retail orders are calculated by weight
  3. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
  4. Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following week.
  5. For security purposes and as a protection to our customers, all online orders are subject to credit card authorization and verification with the credit cardholder and issuing bank.  Mode By Chantàl reserves the right to cancel or delay an order due to verification process.  Should this occur, an email notification will be sent.
  6. Delivery dates are not guaranteed in the event of service interruptions or failures caused by events beyond the control of Mode By Chantàl.  These interruptions include but are not limited to transportation system, shipping carrier, or cardholder's credit card bank delays.
  7. All Custom items are made to order subject to a 10 business day shipping time from the date we received your order.  Please contact us if you'd like an approximate date of arrival for all custom orders.
  8. Upon shipment, you will receive an email containing your tracking number, and shipping information.
  9. Monthly ensembles will be shipped out on a monthly basis between the 10th & 15th of each month. All subscriptions ordered on or before the 15th of the previous month will be shipped out the following month and so on. For Example: Subscriptions ordered between March 1st & March 15th will be shipped April 10th-15th and all orders placed between March 16th & 31st will be shipped out May 10th-15th .
