Free returns on all retail items

Returns and exchanges are accepted in the event that a monthly subscriber isn’t happy with the service or items received. The Subscriber is responsible for the return shipping costs and will be refunded the order cost once all items have been received unused and unworn with tags and labels attached if he or she wishes to cancel the subscription. However in the event that the subscriber wishes to exchange their ensemble for a different style, a different ensemble will be shipped out free of charge once the returned item is received.

If you are not satisfied with your order due to defective or damaged merchandise we will gladly accept your return of unworn, unwashed, eligible items back at anytime! 

Returned merchandise should include the original packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when it was received.  Used or worn merchandise cannot be returned.


Custom Orders
Since each piece that we make is custom to the customer's individual measurements, we are unable to accept returns for these items.

We do believe in customer satisfaction so if for any reason that you receive your order and need a better fit, we will be more than happy to provide you with a free alteration. For this service, please email us at sales@modebychantal.com with "Order Alteration Request" in the subject line.
